I just think I should bring to my fellow collectors’ attentions about my recent experience with the award-winning customer service Barbara and their BBR team. My experience is rather a unique one. Long story short, I sent in my request to cancel a preorder as there was a mismatch information in the description than what I was told from BBR. I explained my reason in details to support my request and they refunded the deposit fee. However, upon logging on my account on bbrmodelstore, I realized my access to make any purchase was disabled. Not only that but they called me a fussy customer before sending the refund. I have been their customer for many years and been buying their models with zero return(except two preorder cancellations). I do not think I should be treated this way...my email to them to request my refund was thorough but not “fussy” or demanding...
