Auto World hat ja die Formen von Ertl übernommen. Für dieses Jahr sind nun etliche Re-Releases von Filmautos angekündigt:

1955er Chevy / Two Lane Blacktop (AMM967), November 2011

AMM967 - (CANCELLED) The 1955 Chevy "Two Lane Blacktop" movie car, is NOT to be made. AutoWorld recently informed us (03/21/11) the mold for 1955 Chevrolets is damaged, and at this time they do not have plans to repair it. I'm guessing the expense is simply too much to do single a run of cars. (http://www.supercar1.com)

Die Ertl-Neuverwurstung geht weiter: Für Dezember 2012 ist "Christine" in AutoWorld's Silver Screen Series angekündigt.

Hab gerade in meiner Übersicht diesen alten Thread entdeckt - und für die aktuelle Info passt er perfekt: Von AutoWorld ist für Oktober der 1971er Mustang Mach-I aus James Bond "Diamonds Are Forever" (dt. "Diamantenfieber"). Den gab es auch schonmal von Ertl.
